Welcome to the Gatling Pointe South Homeowner's Association website. We are a separate and distinct association from the neighboring community by similar name, "Gatling Pointe". This website is intended to serve all residents as an information resource regarding the association's operations and maintenance activities. We hope this website serves as both a means to keep you informed and to motivate your direct involvement in enhancing the living experience here in Gatling Pointe South.

Next Scheduled Meeting: Next scheduled meeting is our annual meetings:
- Next Meeting: Tuesday, July 21, 2026, 6:00 PM (Open Forum) / 6:30 (Closed Executive Session)
- Location: Christ Episcopal Church (111 South Church St).
- Subsequent Schedule: Tuesday, July 21, same time and place

Beginning March 1, 2026, UPA offices will no longer be able to provide paper or in-office receipts for any type of payment.
Good news! If you need proof of payment for your records, you can easily obtain one by making your payment online through the owners’ portal.
